Polarisation is what makes us judge and compare, not leading to an empowering posture.
Depolarisation enables us to rebalance our extreme thoughts, feel OK by expressing them and love/accept ourselves as we are.
EXAMPLE:Â being generous
By searching for the advantages and disadvantages of being generous AND its opposite, of being non generous, by integrating these approaches from different perceptions, we permit ourselves to be ourselves with less compulsions and more freedom.
You can do this exercise with any of your important value ( extreme thought ), dig deep in its understanding of yourself and then come out with a more thriving life where you can really be yourself.

So, move away from the myth of always having to be perfect. Work on your extreme unbalancing thoughts, your negative mental charge will get lighter and you will lead a more thriving life
