We will see together coping strategies:

– first to know yourself better ( personal development, neurosciences ).

– and to feed yourself better ( nutrition ) and to exercise appropriately if you agree you have the need.

To know yourself better, what you eat and your daily exercise are part of being a balanced person who can then face challenges easier.

So, feeling better in yourself and knowing what is good for you, we can tackle your networking strategy and challenge transformation.
You will build around yourself a social and professional network of like minded people and inspiring activities and, thus, grow in an empowering environment. This will enable you to thrive in your family and to overcome your challenges with more and more ease.

After an initial free session together to see if we fit, we will:

– decide together what package fits your need: how often our planned exchanges (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly), how long ( 1, 2, 3,  6, 12 or more months), emergency non planned exchanges.

– see what form of learning suits you best: books, articles, videos, audios, specific exercises and activities, fellow coach…..
