Hello to you
Having a dual nationality from a German mother and a French father and being born in Paris, I lived there 20 years on and off, so born as an expat. Yes , my first 3 years were between France and Germany and then from 3 to 6 years all around the Mediterranean sea. The winter in the mountains and the summer by the sea. My joke is being born in a suitcase! Lived 1 year on a ranch in Washington state in the USA ( K-Diamond-K guest ranch ). Toured as a tourist Ireland by bike, Scandinavia on motorbike.
Having traveled extensively Asia, Europe and more, I left France in 1993. I lived in England, Hungary and I am now in Switzerland, for the moment since 2008.
Learning and practicing personal growth through seminars, courses , networking with international experts. I am learning about the coaching world, ongoing, since 2010.
Having lost my left eye at the age of 12 ( 1976 ) and having had a brain injury while horseback riding at the age of 40 ( 2004 ), I’ve had a few challenges in life as well. However, I love life and take all these setbacks as lessons to learn and grow from them to serve you.
I am passionate about empowering people, especially expats’ spouses, to use their full potential, and in particular to rise above their limiting beliefs, to overcome loneliness, overwhelm and homesickness, to recover a sense of belonging and worth, to find themselves, wherever you are in the world. I am passionate as well about personal development, neurosciences and quality food ( I am originally a food technologist and nutritionist ), which are all subjects I will bring up here with tools in the same line to empower you ( learn how to rewire your brain, how to balance your nutrition ) and thus, enjoy life with your full potential.
My offer is to coach/accompany expats ( as I am one since birth ) to overcome their limits, especially to offer my warmhearted reassuring presence and non judgemental listening. It is to bring targeted informations – resources to potentiate our exchanges and meet your highest needs/demands.
