# – What is planned gets done ==> is proved to work.
– If you want to change your life, you need to change how you lead your life ==> is proved as well. (As Einstein said: “ it is crazy to think your life can change by repeating the same over and over “ ).
# Here are a few ideas to plan your year:
– a life mind map with highlighting: – your core values – your qualities – your skills – your achievements – your life objectives.
– a vision board for your big vision in ~ 10 years. Then, break it down in 5, 3 and 1 year. Then, break down the year in 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and 1 week. By taking it step by step ( Kaizen, as the Japanese call it ), you feel less overwhelmed and more prone to action.
–Â the wheel of life: to see where you stand now and one for where you want to go. It will highlight the aspects of your life to prioritize.
–Â IKIGAI: a Japanese concept to help you find your life purpose.
– the Tree of life with its: – roots = foundations – trunk = way to go – branches and fruits = your reap of your actions.
–Â Eisenhower Matrix: to classify by importance and urgency and so prioritize your actions.
–Â Matrix of Essentialism: from my mentor, David Laroche. It is a way to classify by what inspires you and what is effective , so you can clarify what to stop and what to do more of.
