Ups & Downs, how to rebalance them
Ups and downs, we all have them , all the time, more or less.
And the question is NOT “ having them “, this is normal, THE QUESTION IS how we deal with them!
I mentioned it before, everything in life comes with a package, bright  dark, positive  negative, IN our power  OUT of our power, advantages  disadvantages………
So accept/embrace both sides, accept to do mistakes and learn from them, focus on the process to move on, not on the end.

Your fear/negative thought → LIST ITS ADVANTAGES in writing
Identify the opposite of this fear → LIST ITS DISADVANTAGES in writing
Yes, counter intuitive, however, powerful.
Your fear is a fear only because you see more disadvantages to it than advantages. Rebalance it with its opposite, you will feel how your mind lightens up and pushes you hence forward towards a more thriving life.
